Our Life Time Warranty Service

In the event that SafeRide Auto Glass has conducted chip repairs to your automobile glass and you are dissatisfied with the repair, SafeRide Auto Glass LLC will credit the cost of the chip repair towards the glass replacement by SafeRide Auto Glass. If you request a repair of a rock chip or damage caused by impact with foreign objects or vandalism, it is agreed that SafeRide Auto Glass shall not be held responsible for breakage occurring during such repair attempts.

Our Life time Warranty Service provides repair or replacement of your windshield, as covered under this Limited Warranty, as your exclusive remedy. As long as SafeRide Auto Glass is willing and able to repair or replace the automotive glass installed, this exclusive remedy will not be deemed to have failed in its essential purpose. Our Lifetime Warranty Service ensures that SafeRide Auto Glass stands by the quality of our work and the longevity of our repairs.

This Limited Warranty serves as the sole warranty, replacing all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use. SafeRide Auto Glass disclaims any other warranties, and any attempt to repair the automotive glass by any entity other than SafeRide Auto Glass automatically voids this Limited Warranty. Any oral or written statements conflicting with this Limited Warranty shall be null and void.

All warranty claims must undergo inspection and confirmation by SafeRide Auto Glass at one of our in-shop locations (as indicated on the invoice). Vehicles taken to an external vendor before store inspection will result in the voidance of the warranty. SafeRide Auto Glass LLC is not financially responsible for any repairs conducted without prior authorization from management. Our Life time Warranty Service is designed to ensure your peace of mind and satisfaction with every auto glass repair or replacement.
